John Worrall MD was the son of John Worrall of Charlotte's Quay, Limerick. He entered into apprenticeship with John Allen of Limerick, apothecary, on 1 Aug 1836, completing it on 2 Aug 1843. He practised in Adare, 10 miles outside Limerick.
