A letter from William Forbes, London, Brighton and South Coast Railway, General Manager's Office, London Bridge Station, to T. Powell, Pullman Company, dated 25th October 1906, informing him that the proposal to keep the car "Her Majesty" as a spare has been approved and asking Powell what would be the most convenient time for the car to be sent to the Pullman works for alterations.
