Postcard featuring a photograph with hand-written title ‘House at Penponds, Camborne, in which Richard Trevithick lived’ by unknown author. Black and White. With notes on reverse regarding Richard Trevithick and mention of a visit to Penponds in 21st January 1913 by the author. The postcard has a divided back for address and message (sanctioned in 1902) and the postal fee is halfpenny, which was in use until 1918. The original photograph is presumably late 19th or early 20th century. See TREVF/2/3.
