Photograph with note on reverse ‘Market Jew Street, Penzance’ and notes identifying the location on the street of a house in which Richard Trevithick lived. Black and White. Photographed by J. Moody, Redruth. James and John Moody were photographers in Redruth and owned a photography shop at least from mid-19th century to year 1900, when John retired. The photograph has been used as a model for the drawn illustration in the biography 'Life of Richard Trevithick', Vol. 2, 1872, p. 243.
