Gold-plated replica of the brass tractor from a set of Perkins' tractors; original was in the possession of a descendant of Elisha Perkins. Presented to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1928 by Dr. Howard Dittrick, curator of the medical museum in Cleveland, Ohio, now known as the Dittrick Museum.
