B.P.C. 0.5 mg/ Dose 1-3 tablets t.d.s./ POISON/ P.I.S.4A/ MEDO/CHEMICALS/ LTD/ 144 FORTRESS ROAD/ LONDON N.W.5./ TELEPHONE GULLIVER 3352/ MADE IN ENGLAND'.
