The active ingredients phenmetrazine theoclate and phenbutrazate hydrochloride are both anorectic agents used to make dietary restrications more It is advisable to limit a course of treatment to 1 month, as prolonged treatment may lead to severe mental depression and to addiction characterised by psychotic reactions.
