Poster, Great Western Railway, Penzance, The Ideal Holiday Centre by S C Rowles, about 1929. Coloured lithograph depicting the view looking down over Newlyn harbour, along the beach towards the town of Penzance. There are fishing boats and a pleasure steamer in the harbour, and bathers on the beach. Title text above the image. Accompanying text below reads "Warm in winter, cool in summer. Text in bottom margin reads "Paddington Station, London W2" at left and "James Milne, General Manager" on a pasted on overprint at right. Format: double royal.
