Coloured lithograph depicting a ferry crossing the Irish Sea to Northern Ireland, represented as a shamrock, with a young woman dressed in red and white welcoming its arrival with open arms. Text on the illustration reads "Express service. Open sea passage 5½ hours". Beneath the illustration the text reads "Sailings every week night. Fleetwood dep. 10.45 p.m. Belfast dep. 9.15 p.m. Turbine steams 'Duke of Cumberland', 'Duke of Argyll', Twin-screw steamers 'Duke of Connaught', 'Duke of Cornwall'.
