Poster, British Railways (London Midland Region, Trains of our Times by Vic Welch, about 1950. Coloured lithograph depicting three trains running alongside each other on the main line near Bushey in Hertfordshire. At left is a Class 5 4-6-0 steam locomotive in black livery, alongside diesel locomotive number 10000 in black and silver, with a suburban electric train in malachite green, with "Watford" on the destination board. Beneath is a descriptive text, with the British Railways 'totem' logo in black on either side. Areas of loss at the bottom. Format quad royal, 50 x 40 ins, 1270 x 1016mm.
