Poster, London & North Eastern Railway, Robin Hood's Bay by Tom Purvis, 1936. Coloured lithograph depicting sunset over the Yorkshire coast, seen from an aerial viewpoint. Intended to be displayed in a panoramic view of the east coast with posters of Clacton-on-Sea, Lowestoft, Skegness, Scarborough and Bamburgh. Despite the title it actually depicts Runswick Bay. Format double royal. Printed by Chorley & Pickersgill Limited.
