Certificate. Order of Industrial Heroism (founded by the Daily Herald) presented to Silas J Bray, 30 November 1953. (Awarded for preventing a serious collision at Bradford Goods Depot on 26 January 1953). Woodcut design of St Christopher as "Industrial Hero" with black and gold decorative border. With (on reverse of frame) printed explanation of design. Framed and glazed.
