Multi-purpose electrical measuring instrument type F2 serial No. 3906/608 by Joseph Junker, Berlin, incorporating parts by Hartmann & Braun, built into a small suitcase and with instructions, probably made between 1939 and 1945, for testing polarity and continuity and measuring a.c. and d.c. current voltage, resistance and capacitance.
