Growth and Development Record from the Child Study Centre, filled in with patient details.

Charts such as these recorded the physical development of girls aged between nine and 18 at the Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, London. They recorded variables such as height, weight and bone development. The charts were prepared by the Institute for Child Health at the University of London. Growth charts compare a child’s growth and nutrition with children of the same age to assess whether they are developing normally.
