Vertical support for mounting a street lamp fitting so that the height can be adjusted and the lamp rotated, plus a mirror head unit that can be moved on rails (rails missing) and rotated around the lamp, the whole designed to direct light from the lamp into a fixed photometer (not included) so that photometric measurements can be made in all directions around the lamp. (Lacks two bearing sockets for mounting mirror head.)
