Synchronous motor projector clock, type 'Timebeam Classic', by 'By Design (Oxford) Ltd', c.1998. With packaging and instructions. Consists of a 50Hz synchronous motor clock of which the dial is projected onto a ceiling or wall using a tungsten halogen lamp. The dial design was specially prepared for the 'It's About Time' exhibition at the Science Museum. Serial number 004910.
