Watercolour, Skegness is so Bracing by Wolf (Richard Stansfield), after John Hassall, 2004. Pastiche depicting two cats, dressed in the style of Hassall's Jolly Fisherman, gambolling along a beach. One cat wears a sweater with the letter Y, the other the letter E. The cats are the Yorkcats, Yorkcat and Eric, which regularly featured in the York Evening Press (later York Press) newspaper. The cartoon was made in recognition of the National Railway Museum, which is based in York. Signed at bottom right, "Wolf after Hassall".

Pastiche of John Hassall's famous railway poster, Skegness is so bracing, first issued by the Great Northern Railway in 1908. This 2004 version by the cartoonist Wolf (Richard Stansfield) depicts the Yorkcats in the role of the Jolly Fisherman, who appeared in the original poster. The Yorkcats regularly featured in the York Evening Press (later the York Press) newspaper. The cartoon was made in recognition of the National Railway Museum, which is based in York. The cats, Yorkatt and Eric, are modelled on the artist's pet cats, Tink and Eric.
