Selection of 3 blue, 1 green and 1 yellow nurses disposable theatre caps.

Theatre caps like these are worn as standard by nurses, surgeons, anaesthetists and all those in the operating room – this was not always the case. Caps are worn to prevent hair and skin falling into open wounds. They also protect the wearer from infections from blood and other bodily fluids. Made from a synthetic fibre, the cap is single-use to prevent any possibility of infections spreading.
