Great Northern Railway handlamp

Handlamp, Great Northern Railway, 3-aspect with flat strips of glass, 'push-in' reservoir, fluted top cap, later stamped 'L&NER' on expanding cone and reservoir, belonged to Bill Benson who started his railway career as a drayman at Bradford Exchange, then a porter, shunter and finally passenger guard, 1919-2007.
