At the top of the winch house is a weathervane, set against a blue sky with white clouds. The watermill featured is the Grade II* listed Hallingbury Mill, Little Hallingbury, Bishop's Stortford, on the River Stort (built 1874, closed 1952). Framed, 614mm x 815mm.
