The letter is dated February 26th, 1900 and is signed by W.E. Adie, goods manager. The second letter from W.E. Adie, goods managers office, to Mr. J Pallent. It states that enclosed is a pass to Leicester to commence work on the 5th March, 1900. Letter dated 2nd March, 1900.
