Exakta was a range of cameras produced by the Ihagee Kamerawerk. Two film canisters can be used in this camera, one containing unexposed film, the other to wind the exposed film into. A sliding knife is built into the bottom of the camera. The knife slices the film so that the canister containing the exposed film can be removed yet the unexposed film is preserved.
