Cybiko Classic, Russian hand-held computer in purple, used at BT Adastral Park, made by ABBYY, Russia, 2000.
The Cybiko ‘Classic’ hand held computer was a Russian device designed for teenagers. Unlike many personal digital assistants (PDAs), which usually targeted business users, the Cybiko featured games, a music player and a two-way radio. Users could also chat to others in the local area using a wireless messaging service. This particular device was used at Adastral Park, the BT research centre, by its educational research team.
