Caption on back reads: Closed circuit television cameras are mounted at intervals along the perimeter wall of Wormwood Scrubs prison, London, as a precaution against jailbreaks. At the foot of the wall are concrete posts to prevent parking of vehicles which might be used in an escape bid.
