United Cattle Products Ltd (UCP) was established to process and prepare raw tripe, cowheels and trotters from which various dishes could be prepared, using them as one of the main ingredients. The company opened it's own shops under the UCP brandname, they also ran a number of restaurants which specialised in selling meals prepared from the tripe they had processed.
