Specialist in magnetic film and sound recorders, post-production cinema film equipment, and 16mm and 35mm film projectors; founded in Manhattan in the 1950s in by Otto Kopelka and ex-employers of the Reeves Corporation; remained a small company with basically a New York Client base until the late 1960's; expanded its business in the 1970s, developing the world's first successful combination 16/35mm all electronic projection system for post production; has moved from aanlogue into digital post-production equipment and continues to support the major Hollywood studios with major equipment purchases, parts support, service, design, and installations; company sold in 1986, acquired in 1994 by International Cinema Equipment Co. and moved to new headquarters in Florida.
