'The Imperial' folding bellows field or stand camera with triple extension for negatives 4 3/4 x 6 1/2. With tapered leather bellows, swing and reversing back, rising front and cross movement . Focusing by rack and pinion mechanism. Provision for a tripod. Fitted with a Thornton Pickard Beck Symmetrical F.8 8.5" f.1 lens. Mounted in front of lens is a Thornton Pickard roller blind shutter. Speeds 1/5-1/90 sec B. & T. Of French mahogany with brass fittings. c.1890.
