"1. The Brigade consists of the Senior Boys divided into three sections, North South and East, each in charge of two Monitors. 2. Two Monitors to act as Messengers; one to call the Boys' Warden, and the other the Engineman, Gardener, and Yardsman. 3. The Boys' Warden to take charge indoors, and the Engineman the Fire Apparatus outdoors. 4. The Brigade assembles at night, on an alarm being raised, by the Boys' Matron's Bedroom, and in the daytime run to the seat of the Fire. 5. The Brigate to be drilled with the Apparatus monthly."
