In the background are lines of railway wagons marked "LMS" and "Bolsover", and beyond are the colliery pithead, spoil heaps, winding gear and smoke drifting from an engine house chimney. Original artwork for London, Midland & Scottish Railway poster in the 1924 Royal Academy series. Framed and glazed, glass.
