Painting, gouache on board, Harwich, Hook of Holland, Night and day services from Liverpool Street by Pieter Huveneers, 1963. Depicts a profile view of a North Sea ferry, set against a divided background of dark and light blue so that half is seen at night, half during the day. The flags of West Germany, Denmark, Belgium and Holland are depicted on the side of the ship. Pasted beneath the main caption are the words "Night and day services from Liverpool Street" and the British Railways 'totem' logo with the words "Zetland SS Co". Original artwork for British Railways (Eastern Region) poster.
