Poster, Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway, Southport for Mild Winters, England's famous boulevard, Lord Street in Winter, about 1920. Coloured lithograph depicting a view looking down Lord Street, Southport. There are people walking on the boulevard, parked cars and moving traffic. Although in colour, the illustration appears to be based on a photograph. Railway company title at the top with text over the illustration and below. Accompanying text reads "For particulars of ordinary and excursion booking also weekend tickets apply to the touring office. Postcards containing list of Southport hotels and Hydros free on application at Thomas Cook & Sons Tourist Offices, 49 Lord Street, Liverpool 77.
