Poster, London Midland & Scottish Railway, A Century of Progress, Centenary of the London & Birmingham Railway by "M", 1938. Coloured lithograph depicting a London and Birmingham Railway locomotive leaving a station with a train of passenger carriages, and a road carriage on a railway wagon. Text in red and black on a white backfground reading "A century of progress. The centenary of the London & Birmingham Railway will be celebrated at Euston from September 19th to 25th inclusive 1938. London, Midland & Scottish Railway". Text at bottom margin reads "E.R.O. 53350, Printed by in England by Beck - Inchbold - Leeds". Format double royal. In poor condition, with areas of loss and damage at the edges.
