30 way mirror drum for mechanical television system

Made:
1933-35 in United Kingdom
maker:
William George Pye
and
W G Pye and Company Limited

Mechanical item believed to have been associated with W G Pye's experiments with 30-line mechanical television systems: 7" diameter, 30 way mirror drum. (Appears to me to be a B J Lynes mirror drum 100% identical to those mass produced for use in Baird mirror drum Televisors from 1933-35 - IB 20/11/15. Further research required).
