Twin scale single meter, upper scale 0-100% LEL, lower scale 0-100% Gas, instructions on plate on inside lid of body. Made 1965-1975 by Mine Safety Appliances Co Ltd, serial no. G7669. Apparatus to SFA 3007 Ex ias IIC T6, BASEEFA No 71094.
