The Nizo AK cine camera takes Agfa Movex cartridges containing 10 metres of single 8mm film (similar to the Bell & Howell and Univex 'Straight-8 cartridges) rather than the standard double-8 reels introduced by Kodak. This clockwork-driven camera runs at 16 frames per second and has an f/2.4 12.5mm Nizo Anastigmat lens.
