Box type reflex camera for 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 film pack. Fitted with a Bausch and Lomb rapid rectilinear lens, US 4-128 (iris missing). Exposure times 2/5/25/100/B, effected upper plate carrying the reflex mirror. Rack and pinion focusing ground glass focusing screen with deep hood. No 665. Eastman Kodak.
