A photograph of a steel worker at the English Steel Corporation's Vickers Works, Sheffield, taken by Bishop Marshall for the Daily Herald newspaper in 1940. This photograph is one of a series taken to illustrate a Daily Herald feature story by Dudley Barker on workers in wartime.
