Homesun 100 ultra violet sun lamp 1947

This ultra-violet sun lamp was advertised as a health product, with doctors recommending UV light therapy for a wide range of problems, including morning sickness, fatigue, and poor muscle tone. Light therapy had been popular from the turn of the 20th century, and the manufacture of lamps which could be used in the home proved popular.
