Silver gelatin photograph by the Associated Press, titled "Italian Brothers Pick up Moon Picture". Caption on verso reads: Italian radio amateurs, brothers Achille and Giovanni Judica-Cordiglia are pictured with their radio telescope equipment at Torre Bert, Turin, yesterday, April 5, after they said they received a picture of the moon's surface, apparently transmitted from the Soviet moon craft, Lunik 4. They photographed the image as it appeared on the television screen linked to their telescope. They said the image first appeared at about 0120 GMT and lasted for 45 minutes.
