The Railway Gazette

The title dates from July 1905 and was created to cover commercial and financial news stories. In 1914 it merged with The Railway Times and later on absorbed the Railway Engineer andd The Railway News. A further merger took place in 1964, when it merged with Diesel Railway Traction. In October 1970 the title was renamed Railway Gazette International, part of the Railway Gazette Group.
