Company formed after the merger of Mont Engineering and Keith Blackman Gas Engineers in 1974. The company specialised in manufacturing gas equipment for the food processing industry as well as other commercial business sectors. In 1985 an additional acquisition created the company which was known as Mont Selas Ltd.
