1935 - bought out of receivership by David Rosenfield Limited, trading as The Telsen Electric Company (1935) Limited, located at Fitzgeorge Street, Rochdale Road, Manchester 9; produced a wider range of domestic electrical appliances including irons, toasters, bubble lights and fairy lights
