1923 - company established by Sir Lawrence Weaver, with the help of Sir Bertram Clough William-Ellis and Sir Richard Stafford Cripps to give employment to disabled ex-servicemen. They exhibited in 1924 and 1925 at the Wembley British Empire Exhibitions. Designs by Phoebe Stabler and Percy Metcalfe were used.

1935 - The company closed due to difficulty during the Depression and the death of Sir Lawrence Weaver.
