1778 - keel laid down at Limehouse dockyard. 1779 - launched. 1780 - sailed with African trade. 1781 - returned home and paid off. 1782 - sailed for the Leeward Islands. Present at the Action off Dominica and at the Battle of the Saintes. 1783 - repair at Woolwich Dockyard. 1789 - re-classed as a 24 gun Unrated Troop Ship. 1790 - wrecked on an uncharted rock off Turks Island, one man drowned
