Hydraulic pump, made by E.T. Bellhouse & Co. Twin ram pumps in cast iron box, plungers of different sizes. Originally hand operated but later converted to belt drive by addition of two c.i. side members, crankshaft, cranks, gearing. About 1845. Originally pumps nest on ground level with later additions overhead.
