The mother of eleven married children and America's 'Woman of the Year' in 1948, she addressed the executives on 'motion study for the future' during the conference and exhibition held at the Connaught Rooms, London. The conference discussed ways of increasing management efficiency by new methods and apparatus, and saw exhibition and demonstration of method improvements in British industry.'
